Strollers Compatible with Joie Infant Car Seats

Looking for a stroller compatible with the Joie Mint Latch or Joie Rue infant car seats? This post is for you. New stroller compatibility has been released, including support for popular UPPAbaby strollers such as the Vista, Cruz, and Minu, as well as the Stokke YOYO³ and Bugaboo Butterfly. But sadly, not all Joie infant car seats are compatible.

Until recently, Joie infant car seats have primarily been compatible with the Joie strollers like the Joie Nutmeg, Ginger, Kava, and Chive, and also with the Mockingbird (with adapters). Now the Joie Rue and Mint Latch have been updated (May 2025), and now Joie Infant Car Seats work with more stroller options.

But how do you know if your infant car seat is one of the updated ones? Check your buttons; white release buttons indicate it will work with more strollers.

What Joie Strollers work with Joie Infant Car Seats?

Joie strollers are only compatible with Joie infant car seats, and adapters are included with the strollers that have car seat compatibility. If you choose to go with any of the other brands listed below, you will need to purchase an additional adapter, which I have included the link to below. Are Joie Infant Car Seats now compatible with all Maxi-Cosi adapters?

You might be wondering if the updated Joie infant car seat now works with all strollers that use Maxi-Cosi-style adapters, but, like most things in baby gear, it is not that simple.

Stroller companies have specific safety requirements they must meet; many manufacturers also perform extensive testing both in-house and with third parties like the Baby Safety Alliance to ensure your baby’s safety. This testing can be completed by either the car seat brand or the stroller manufacturer, which is why compatibility is not always universal.
